Devon House & Office Clearance Services is a not-for-profit social enterprise. We work with partners who share our aims, and we welcome people who can offer practical, hands-on help to support the project as it grows.
Whether you represent an organisation or want to get involved yourself, there is a role for people from the voluntary, statutory and commercial sectors who want to help our community work grow.
Informal partners help with developing Devon House & Office Clearance Services and may be involved in delivery, for example as members of a project steering group or as informal advisors. They may come from the voluntary, statutory or commercial sector, where we share mutual objectives or the partner has a mission to support our community and management groups.
Formal partners work directly with DHOCS to deliver and co-manage the project. They may come from the voluntary, statutory or commercial sector, with an identifiable contribution to service delivery or management. Some contributions may attract remuneration, for example bookkeeping, payroll, administration and management, or service delivery. We would expect these to be provided on a not-for-profit and voluntary basis, to support our non-profit enterprise and help it grow.
Neil is looking for people who can offer practical, hands-on help to support the project, joining our management team and becoming part of our board of members.
We work to a simple principle: TEAM – Together, Each, Accomplishes, More. The Management Team Guide, and details of where more hands-on help and support is needed across Exeter and Devon, is available on request.
